Buying Vapes Online in California & Washington — West Coast Guide
The short answer
Both states are open for adults 21+. Washington carries no vape restrictions on our list — only certain CBD categories. California is open statewide for vapes and pouches, with one exception: nicotine products cannot be shipped to San Francisco. Everything ships from Pompano Beach, Florida.
One California exception
Nicotine products cannot be shipped to San Francisco addresses, under the city’s own restrictions. The rest of California — Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, Sacramento, Fresno, Oakland — is unaffected. Nicotine-free pouches remain an option for SF addresses.

Why West Coast buyers should think in bulk
Shipping from Florida to California or Washington is a cross-country journey. That is fine — but it makes order frequency the thing worth optimising, not order speed.
Two devices with an eight-day gap between them means two cross-country waits. A box of ten at $160 means one order covering two to three months, at $16.00 per device rather than $17.49, with shipping free.
The same logic favours high-capacity hardware. A RAZ VUE 50K or Crave BC7000 simply lasts longer between orders than a 2,500-puff device.
California: statewide, minus San Francisco
California is open for vapes and pouches across the state. Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, Sacramento, Fresno, Long Beach and Oakland all receive the full range.
San Francisco is the exception — the city restricts nicotine product sales, and nicotine products cannot be shipped to SF addresses. Nicotine-free pouches are unaffected.
Note also that California applies its own excise tax to vapor products, which is reflected at checkout.
Washington: open
Washington carries no vape restrictions on our shipping list — only certain CBD categories. Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Vancouver and Bellevue can order the full range of disposables, pouches and box deals normally.
Age verification
Federal PACT Act rules apply in both states: age verified against public records at checkout, adult 21+ signature on delivery, no unattended parcels. The minimum age is 21 in California and Washington alike.
